| ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS What payment methods are accepted? You can pay for purchases at the Wish Upon A Party website using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Via PayPal. You will be redirected during checkout to the PayPal site for either credit card or PayPal payment. Please note on the first PayPal screen you have the option to continue without being a PayPal member. Your credit card information is processed by PayPal (the world's largest online Payment Processor) and is not seen by Wish Upon A Party. What if I live outside of Canada or the USA? We would be pleased to ship to you. We will need your full address to provide you with accurate shipping costs. Additional shipping cost will apply. Please e-mail your full address to us at:info@wishuponaparty.com for your shipping quote. What currencies do you accept? We accept all major currencies. All product and shipping cost are in Canadian Dollars. How do I know my credit card and purchasing information is secure? Your security is our priority. Wish Upon A Party uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting your payment information. With most browsers, you'll see an icon resembling a padlock displayed on the bottom of the window during SSL transactions. Any time the Wish Upon A Party's Checkout process asks for a credit card number, it will be SSL encrypted. Will I be charged sales tax on my order? Wish Upon A Party collects GST of 5% on all Sales. How can I determine the shipping rate and delivery time for my order? All orders are shipped with care using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Our standard expedited shipping in Canada is $12.95. Pinata's have a standard shipping surcharge applied due to the size of our Pinata's. We will make every effort to ship your order within one business day following payment verification. Orders will usually be received within 3 to 7 business days via expedited shipping in Canada and 10-14 days in the USA. If you need an item faster, please e-mail us for shipping quotes. Standard shipping rates are for within Canada . If you live in the USA please shop on our USA Site elsewhere please e-mail us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order at Wish Upon A Party Sales. Please note: If you live in the NWT, Yukon or Nunivat you will need to contact us for your shipping costs due to the higher costs to ship to your location. Can I check the status of my order online? Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link for you to check your order status online. Can I track my order online? Yes, you can track you package online once it has ship by clicking here: Track My Package What if I need to return or exchange an item? Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right, please let us know. We will gladly accept merchandise in original condition, with original invoice, for a full refund (minus original shipping cost) within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, an online store gift certificate will be issued. Without original invoice, an online store gift certificate will be issued for the current resale value.
