You can pay for purchases at the Wish Upon A Party website using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Via PayPal. You will be redirected during checkout to the PayPal site for either credit card or PayPal payment. Please note on the first PayPal screen you have the option to continue without being a PayPal member. Your credit card information is processed by PayPal (the world's largest online Payment Processor) and is not seen by Wish Upon A Party. What if I live outside of Canada or the USA? We would be pleased to ship to you. We will need your full address to provide you with accurate shipping costs. Additional shipping costs will apply. What currencies do you accept? We accept Canadian and USA currencies. All product and shipping cost are in Canadian Dollars. How do I know my credit card and purchasing information is secure? Your security is our priority. Wish Upon A Party uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting your payment information. With most browsers, you'll see an icon resembling a padlock displayed on the bottom of the window during SSL transactions. Any time the Wish Upon A Party's Checkout process asks for a credit card number, it will be SSL encrypted. Will I be charged sales tax on my order? Wish Upon A Party collects GST of 5% on all Sales in Canada (No Provincial Sales Tax! Except HST applies in applicable locations). There is No Tax and No Duty on shipments to the USA. How can I determine the shipping rate and delivery time for my order? We will make every effort to ship your order within one business day following payment verification. Verified Orders place before 6:00pm are shipped the next business day. Please note: If you live in the NWT, Yukon or Nunivat or an are deemed as Remote by CanadaPost you will need to contact us for your shipping costs due to the higher costs to ship to your location. Can I check the status of my order online? Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link for you to check your order status online. Can I track my order online? Yes, you can track you package online once it has ship by clicking here: Track My Package What if I need to return or exchange an item? Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right, please let us know. If you are unhappy with the goods you receive please contact customer services (info@wishuponaparty.com) within five working days after receipt of goods. We will arrange a full refund for the goods returned provided they are in a condition fit for resale. All returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Wish Upon A Party will not refund the costs of the original shipping or the shipping cost of returning the goods, and cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to returned goods during transit.
