We take great pride in our packaging and use extra care and attention with your special party goods. We use special custom boxes and tissue paper to protect your purchases. Each box is special to us and each is treated like we are packing it for our own family.

Insurance: All Wish Upon a Party shipments are insured against Loss or Damage so you do not have to worry.  There is NO Charge for this extra service, unlike our competitors.  Because we Care!

All shipments are either delivered to you in person (if you have normal delivery at your address), or the package will be placed in the parcel compartment of your Super Mail Box with a key to the parcel compartment in your normal mail box.  If your are not available to accept the delivery or if you have a Super Mail Box and the parcel is too large for the super mail box, a pick-up notice will be left at your door or in your Super Mail Box advising you where the parcel can be picked up.  We do not Safe Drop as this voids the insurance on your parcel.

To Calculate your Shipping Cost and Transit Time; Use the Shipping Calculator on the right side of this page. Make sure to enter your Postal Code Correctly Format is A1A 1A1 (If you have a Zero (0) in your Postal Code make sure you use a Zero (0) not the Letter O.

Orders received before 11:00pm are shipped on the next business day after being received. 

Shipping Business Days are Monday through Friday, and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.  Our website is open 24/7 for your shopping convenience.

Our Standard shipping method within Canada is Expedited Service.  We offer upgraded XpressPost Service for even faster delivery service.  All of our shipping options include full Online Tracking and e-Mail Confirmations.

Our Standard shipping method to the USA is Expedited Service however, we do offer upgraded faster XpressPost Service.

Please Note: You Must add all of your items to your SHOPPING CART before you Calculate your shipping Cost.   Shipping cost are based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

* Orders to the NWT, Yukon & Nunivat and other remote locations (including Northern Quebec and Newfoundland & Labrador) are sometimes subject to additional shipping charges, we reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs to these and other remote locations.  Delivery times to these locations can be up to 13 business days.

All you will have to do is click on the provided link above and enter your tracking number from your CanadaPost Shipping confirmation email to find out when your party supplies will arrive.

For All Shipping, a business day does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive.  You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second busienss day after the ship date.

If in the rare instance we are out of stock on an item (even though our inventory indicated we had stock) we will immediately advise you of the error and offer you a subsitution of equal value or offer you an immediate refund for the out of stock item.  We do not backorder and we do not ship your order in two shipments.

 

We are an Online Store Only and there is no local pick-up option available.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly (including the failure of CanadaPost, United States Postal Service, or any Courier to deliver within their guaranteed time frame) if such failure arises due to but not limited to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Wish Upon A Party by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

Wish Upon A Party shall not be held responsible for any manufacturer or wholesaler related errors or omissions in packaging, labeling, manufacturing defect or shortages caused solely by the failure of the manufacturer or wholesaler.

Any order discrepancy must be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of our Confirmed Delivery receipt provided by CanadaPost.  All order discrepancies will be verified by our electronic inventory system and are subject to investigation.  

 

Returns and Credit:

If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please contact our Customer Service Department via the Returns and Credit Request Page to initiate an exchange or credit. 

Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance. All products must be returned with original labels affixed.  Some items maybe excluded from our Return policy due to Health Regulations. Returns must include the name of the original purchaser and the Order Number. Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.

You will require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Due to Consumer Health Regulations we can only accept the return of goods for resale that are packaged in their original unopened sealed packaging, the product package must not have been opened. Returns of Defective items are excluded from the sealed product rule.

The package needs to be returned via a service which provides package tracking to ensure the parcel is traceable.

Once Wish Upon A Party.com receives the duly authorized return of goods, we will provide a Refund for the returned items. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.  We will process a refund via the method of original payment (Credit Card or PayPal).  Credits can take between 4-10 business days to be credited to your financial statement.

 

Delivery Confirmation:

Confirmed delivery of your Wish Upon A Party parcel shall be recognized via the Delivery Confirmation date and time as stated on the Canada Post Tracking and Delivery website.

 

Order Changes:

Changes to orders can be accepted for product additions or amendments only if the order has not already been processed.  Payment must be recieved for additions prior to shipping. Please note that changes may delay shipping of your order by one business day.

 

Refunds/Cancellations:

Refunds will be issued in accordance with industry standard practices, any refund or cancellation of payment will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
