At Wish Upon A Party We take great pride in our packaging and use extra care and attention with your special party goods. We use special custom boxes and tissue paper to protect your purchases. Each box is special to us and each is treated like we are packing it for our own family. We are located and ship from Canada!
What is 100% Guaranteed Delivery?
100% Guaranteed Delivery is our promise to you that your order will arrive by the delivery date indicated on your shipping documents issued by CanadaPost and e-Mailed to you; or your shipping will be FREE.
If your order does not arrive by the guaranteed date, e-mail us at info@wishuponaparty.com to receive a full refund for your shipping charges unless the delay was due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather and natural or man made disasters. The Guaranteed Delivery will only refund the original shipping cost paid at the time of product purchase. Should you wish to return your parcel you will be responsible for all return shipping charges via an insured trackable Postal Service. Please note: the guarantee refers to the delivery date or attempted delivery date, not the actual time of delivery.
Our delivery date estimate at Checkout will be finalized by CanadaPost to an exact date upon issuance of your specific shipping documents. Please see the link to an example email below that shows a SAMPLE e-Mail from CanadaPost and highlights where to find your STANDARD SERVICE Delivery date for your specific order. CanadaPost may update the Standard Service Delivery Date to to forces beyond their control. The final date provided by CanadaPost will be treated as the date for settlement of any claim.

Insurance:
We insure all our shipments against loss or damage at no additional cost.
Additional Shipping Terms and Conditions:
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly (including the failure of CanadaPost, United States Postal Service, or any Courier to deliver within their guaranteed time frame) if such failure arises due to but not limited to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Wish Upon A Party by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Wish Upon A Party shall not be held responsible for any manufacturer or wholesaler related errors or omissions in packaging, labeling, manufacturing defect or shortages caused solely by the failure of the manufacturer or wholesaler.
Any order discrepancy must be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of our confirmed delivery receipt provided by CanadaPost.
